Proposals:

1. Occupy Black Friday at 3rd and Irwin & Shop Locally Handouts at United Market and other locations TBD (Agreement Reached)
2. Food, Clothing and Personal Items Drive at the next GA. Barrels will be provided. The collected items will go to Food Bank, St. Vincent de Paul Society of Marin and Goodwill Industries of Marin (Agreement Reached)
3. Proposal for 90% consensus for Agreement if a "Block" should arise. Stand-Asides will be treated as Abstaining. (Agreement Reached)
4. Shop "Green & Local" when possible. (Agreement Reached)
5. Content for Postcard vs Flyer promoting Alternative Media sources for news and information to be reviewed. (Tabled until next week)
